Please read these terms carefully before using SecurityRIP.
By using SecurityRIP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may only use SecurityRIP to scan systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before initiating any scan.
You must not use SecurityRIP to: scan systems you do not own or have authorization to test, perform denial-of-service attacks, extract or misuse third-party data, resell or redistribute our services without authorization, violate any applicable law or regulation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Your use of SecurityRIP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Scan results and vulnerability data remain your property. We do not share your scan results with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
SecurityRIP is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all vulnerabilities will be detected. Security scanning is one layer of a defense-in-depth strategy and is not a substitute for a comprehensive security program or professional penetration testing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurityRIP's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
